st September until Wednesday 31st December 2025 The Janome 230DC is the perfect machine for any beginner and is an entry priced computerised sewing machines. Unlike mechanical sewing machines the computerised element is there to assist you by telling you which foot to use for every stitch also it will default to a preset combination of zig zag width and stitch length to get a standard version of that stitch. Another advantage of the computerisation is the level of accuracy you can have when altering the stitch length by 0.2mm and zig zag width by 0.5mm I have a real soft spot for this model as I have had mine since 2008 and has been with me through College and University and handled every fabric I threw at it from silk to real leather to air tex to jersey. enough to carry to classes with plenty of stitch options for creating all kinds
